- The video surveillance system covers premises managed by Gminny Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o.
- The video surveillance system is used to protect property and to ensure the safety and security of individuals remaining on the premises.
- The processing of the data is necessary on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f), which is its obligation to ensure the security of property and individuals remaining on premises managed by Gminny Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o.
- All video surveillance system recordings will be retained until they are overwritten, depending on the recording file size, for up to 30 days or until a final and non-appealable decision is issued in proceedings initiated under law.
- Each person recorded by the video surveillance system has the right to access his or her data according to Article 15 of the GDPR and the right to restriction of the processing of his or her data according to Article 18 of the GDPR.
- Recipients of your personal data will include the entity that manages the video surveillance system as well as any person or entity authorised by law to access your data.
- You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
- the right of access to your data, the right to have your data deleted, the right to restriction of the processing of your data, and and the right to object to the processing of your data,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
- According to Article 14.5 b) of the GDPR, please note that you may be prevented from exercising some of your rights described in this data privacy note if the provision of such information proves impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort.
